"I attended the 5-day cooking holiday and if I could give this a 10-star rating I would. This honestly was the best European vacation I have ever taken. Sally and Guido provided us superb guidance to make our travels to our meeting point so easy. Then from there, they provided us a wonderful private winery tour, cooking lessons that blew my mind, and an enlightening olive grove tour and olive oil tasting. And Fara Sabina, WOWZA, is a stunning medieval village that is away from all the tourist hot spots. GOOOOO!!!!” - Gwynn
